"Who is that Goy?" seeks answers to whether different categories of "non-Jews" may study Torah and observe Shabbat through clarifying different halakhic statuses that would apply in different cases based on sources in the Hebrew Bible (TaNaKh), Talmud, the later halakhic authorities with particular reference to the comprehensive Mishneh Torah law code of Rabbi Moshe ben Maimon, “RaMBaM”, Rabbi Moses Maimonides, and the teachings of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov.
